Luxury-minded court construction rooted in real building experience, local expertise, and a passion for bringing people together through play.
Dink Sport Courts was founded by Tyler Landvatter and Trent Powell, partners with a combined 20+ years of construction experience. Over the years, they have worked across commercial properties, residential properties, and many sports court projects, building a strong understanding of what it takes to create surfaces that perform well and hold up over time.
Their passion for recreational pickleball ultimately led them to start Dink Sport Courts. What began as a love for the game grew into a mission: to bring that same enjoyment, connection, and energy to families and communities throughout Maricopa County with custom-built courts designed for lasting play.
We believe that a premium playing surface starts long before the first serve. Our construction process is rooted in precision—from the initial formwork and excavation to the high-strength concrete pours that ensure a perfectly level foundation.
By focusing on the technical details like drainage, structural integrity, and elite finishing techniques, we build courts that don't just look beautiful on day one, but perform exceptionally for years to come.
"To design and build premium pickleball and sport courts that combine performance, durability, and visual appeal—helping clients create spaces where recreation, family time, and community all come together."
We use premium materials and proven construction methods for courts built to last.
Every property is different, and every court should reflect the way the client wants to play.
We understand Arizona conditions and build with durability and performance in mind.
We believe in clear communication, honest timelines, and follow-through.
We build courts that create lasting enjoyment for families and communities.
